Mike Shojaat, President
	Mike Shojaat, founder of Global Aviation Resources, has been serving for the past twenty years in the engineering, sales, operations, marketing and information technology fields. He has held management positions in Sales, Marketing, International Trade, Transportation and Information Technology disciplines. Mike places an emphasis on understanding customers' business needs and his ability to deliver customer satisfaction through quality solutions. Mike is a firm believer in building transformational relationships between customers and suppliers through innovation, commitment to excellence and service beyond expectations. Mike has Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. He has completed doctoral studies in International Management.
Carolyn Shojaat, Vice President, Finance
	Carolyn Shojaat, Vice President, Finance, had twenty-two years of experience in the areas of law, public relations and accounting. She worked for the Iowa Attorney General/Iowa Department of Transportation wherein she conducted civil administrative hearings throughout the state of Iowa. In addition, her experience at a private law firm included litigation and trial work. Specific areas of interest and growth are in the fields of research/development, communication, implementation/ processing, contracts, presentations and auditing. Presently, she oversees the financial operations, contractual obligations and human resource divisions.
Santina Stanfel, Special Project Coordinator
	Santina has a wide background in accounting, education and customer service. She joined the Global Aviation Resources team in September 2002 as special project coordinator. Her role encompasses extensive areas of daily communication and oral communication. Her 20 years of experience in the education and administrative services field provides numerous opportunities to ensure quality customer service and internal staff support to vendors and customers.
Gene Ford, Airline Sales and Quality Assurance
	Gene Ford has a vast background in the aviation industry. He joined Global Aviation Resources in 2000 and serves as Sales Manager. Gene's experience in sales and purchasing originated with a 121 Operator in the Midwest where he served as manager of planning and purchasing. His background includes nine years of management in inventory control of a major spice manufacturer. He is also a Dale Carnegie graduate and utilizes his communication skills in developing strategic business relationships in the aerospace market, which includes marketing, research and sales.
Matt Kestel, Airline Sales and Quality Assurance
	In 1999, Matt joined the Iowa Air National Guard with responsibilities that included maintenance and troubleshooting on aircraft weapons systems. Matt is also a recent graduate from Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing and joined the Global Aviation team upon his graduation. At Global Aviation Resources, Matt is responsible for customer service and quality assurance in shipping and receiving sales activities.
Sinh-Nhut Le, Quality Assurance and Customer Service
	Sinh joined the Global Aviation Resources team in November 2005. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2000 with a Management Information Systems and Finance degrees. Sinh held a managerial position in sales & customer service for the last five years. At Global Aviation Resources, Sinh is responsible for customer service and quality assurance in shipping and receiving activities.
Heidi Steenberg, Human Resources and Accounting
	Heidi has nine years of experience in education, insurance, and business related fields, specifically in Marketing, Human Resources, and Recruiting. Prior to joining Global Aviation Resources, she was an insurance broker, acting as liaison between insurance companies and large corporations. This role also involved recruiting new brokers to the firm, training new employees, and preparing sales and marketing presentations to clients nationwide. Currently, she oversees the Human Resources department and assists with Accounting activities. She earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University.
Kris Kleckner, Sales and Marketing
	Kris has twelve years of experience in sales, ten of which were spent in the sales department at a highline automobile dealership, developing a strong commitment to product knowledge and customer satisfaction. She also helped expand and maintain the website and market the product throughout the country. At Global Aviation Resources, Kris strives to create new business partnerships and provide consistent, reliable services.
Troy Pearce, Airline Sales Associate
	Troy has been working in the customer service and sales field for over 10 years. He worked for an OEM manufacturer for conveyor parts as a Customer Service Specialist for 6 years where he specialized in warehouse package handling and Airport baggage system conveyor rollers and idlers. Before coming to Global Aviation Resources he was working for a high end car dealership, and just as in his previous position he states, "The most important thing to building solid customer relationships is, Trust, and that is done by not only meeting customer expectations but exceeding them on a regular basis".
Jacque Shoeman, Marketing and Administrative Assistant
	Marketing & Administrative Assistant, has an extensive background in administrative support and customer service. Prior to joining Global Aviation Resources, Jacque worked as an executive assistant in the healthcare industry and agricultural finance area. Her detail-oriented background includes board of director support, communication, coordination and community events planning.
Michael Tran, Network and System Administrator
	Michael Tran has an extensive background and credentials in IT, specializing in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, IIS Server and security networks . He completed an educational degree in High-Tech computer and is Microsoft Certified Professional. He has fifteen years of experience in system support, maintains satellite offices and expertise in system and network administration. Mike joined Global Aviation Resources in 2003 as manager IT, utilizing cutting-edge technology, to assure a reliable and accurate exchange for our vendor and customers.
Ryan Gripp, Quality Assurance and Customer Service
	Ryan Gripp has extensive experience with community service and a background in education at Creighton University. Prior to joining Global Aviation Resources, Ryan attained a professional baseball career and was appointed baseball team captain for the Chicago Cubs Organization and Milwaukee Brewers. He is a strong believer in hard work and dedication. Ryan's background and professional experience will give him the ability to excel with the Global Aviation Resources team. Ryan assist Global Aviation Resources with shipping and receiving, customer communications, research and development, marketing and pricing information.
